Swim–Float–Swim

Our signature survival sequence, repeated until it's second nature: swim to a breath, roll back to float and rest, then swim again to safety. Children learn to submerge independently, grab the wall and climb out on their own, and turn a fall into the water from a scare into a non-event.

  • Independent submersion
  • Rollback-to-float rescue
  • Wall grabs & exits
  • Swim–float–swim survival sequence

The Confident Swimmer Method™

Safety → Skills → Confidence → Independence

Every lesson moves your child up a clear ladder. No guesswork — just measurable milestones your instructor and your portal both track.

1

Safety first

Breath control, back float, and the reflexes that turn accidents into non-events.

2

Core skills

Submersion, kicking, reaching the wall, and the swim–float–swim survival sequence.

3

Confidence

Repetition in warm water builds calm, willing swimmers who love the pool.

4

Independence

Real strokes, endurance, and deep-water comfort — swimming on their own terms.

Safety, quantified

Because seconds matter around water

Drowning is the #1 cause of accidental death for children ages 1–4. Formal swim lessons cut that risk dramatically — and safety is woven into every single lesson we teach.

  • Every instructor is lifeguard & infant-CPR certified
  • Max 4:1 ratio — and 1:1 for our youngest floaters
  • Survival-first curriculum: float and self-rescue from day one
