Small classes, warm 90°F water, and one clear next step — a curriculum that grows with your child from their very first float to real, confident strokes.
6 – 16 months
Gentle parent-and-me water adventures where you're in the warm water the whole time. We build trust through song and play, introduce breath control with happy submersions, and lay the foundation for the life-saving back float — the single most important skill for a baby around water.
16 mo – 4 years
Our signature survival sequence, repeated until it's second nature: swim to a breath, roll back to float and rest, then swim again to safety. Children learn to submerge independently, grab the wall and climb out on their own, and turn a fall into the water from a scare into a non-event.
4 – 6 years
Turning safe swimmers into strong ones. Once the survival skills are locked in, we build real stroke technique — freestyle and backstroke with rhythmic side breathing — plus the deep-water endurance and pool confidence kids need for lessons, swim teams, and every summer to come.
Every lesson moves your child up a clear ladder. No guesswork — just measurable milestones your instructor and your portal both track.
Breath control, back float, and the reflexes that turn accidents into non-events.
Submersion, kicking, reaching the wall, and the swim–float–swim survival sequence.
Repetition in warm water builds calm, willing swimmers who love the pool.
Real strokes, endurance, and deep-water comfort — swimming on their own terms.
Drowning is the #1 cause of accidental death for children ages 1–4. Formal swim lessons cut that risk dramatically — and safety is woven into every single lesson we teach.
